This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.33838 of 2022 dated Page No.1 of 4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been assigned with CSR Number and after the enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent, the matter is closed as civil in nature and that the petitioner should seek appropriate remedy before the Civil Court.

3. Since the order passed by this Court has been substantially complied, this Contempt Petition is closed.
