The petitioner herein, who is the wife of the deceased Karthiresan (writ petitioner in W.P.No.No.8120 of 2017) has filed this miscellaneous petition, to substitute her in place of her deceased husband in the main writ petition in W.P.No.8120 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate. who has no objection in allowing the petition.
