This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No. 480 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.17254 of 2024, dated 22.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.. until further orders 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and in this case, charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No. 480 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.17254 of 2024, dated 22.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.. until further orders is relaxed.
