JUDGMENT

The appeal has been filed against the quantum of compensation awarded by the Tribunal vide order dated 06.07.2022 in MCOP.No.319 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant/Transport Corporation would submit that the claimants had already filed an appeal before this Court for the same subject matter, in which this Court had passed an order dated 20.09.2023, whereby enhanced the compensation from a sum of Rs.24,62,350/- to Rs.29,15,950/-.

3. In view of the above, since the aforesaid order passed by this Court in the present subject matter is with regard to the quantum of compensation, the same will uphold the present appeal also. In such view of the matter, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present appeal.
