This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 324 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that she has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 324 days in filing the appeal is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.

5. The Registry is directed to number and list this appeal on 15.02.2024.
