This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate - II Chidambaram daily at 10.30 a.m., till the order of committal and thereafter before the Sessions Court until further orders, imposed in para No.7 (b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.22877 of 2023 in Crime No.87 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear during the Court hearing dates before the Trial Court.
