ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to settle all the retirement benefits including pension to the petitioner including Death cum Retirement Gratuity, encashment of earned leave etc.

2. Heard, Mr.Ganesan learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari Government Advocate learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents reported before this Court that, the petitioner was also died. After the death of the petitioner, the respondents has already settled the retirement benefits of the petitioner's service along with other benefits to the legal heirs of the deceased.
