These petitions have been filed i) to discharge the 6 th respondent from the Guardianship of the minor namely Sakthivel, 7 th respondent in above second appeal and ii) to declare the 7 th respondent as a major in the above second appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions, the same are allowed. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.
