C.M.P.No. 23306 of 2025 in S.A. No. 83 of 2014 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs namely (1) Deepika (wife) (2) Minor son N. Abijay represented by mother (3) Minor daughter N.Sasmitha shree represented by mother of the deceased 5th appellant as respondents 11 to 13 in the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
