This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.512 of 2024 for the alleged offences under Section329 (4), 296 (b), 118(1) and 351 (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.

2.When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is not an accused in Crime No.512 of 2024.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
