(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. We find sufficient cause having been shown in support of the petition for condonation of delay of 40 days in filing the Writ Appeal. The delay is, accordingly, condoned.

The Writ Appeal shall be treated to be within time and shall be given the regular number.

As similar matter in W.A.No.259 of 2020, on merits, relating to the issue of law is already stated to be coming up on 31.08.2020, list this appeal along with W.A.No.259 of 2020 on 31.08.2020.

In the meantime, the learned counsel for the appellants may serve the respondent and also serve a copy on the learned counsel for the writ petitioner who had appeared before the learned Single Judge.
