The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the complaint not been properly enquired and closure report was not served on him. The said fact is denied by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 3.

In the given factual circumstances, it is open to the petitioner herein to file a protest petition in a closure report and seek for cognizance to be taken by the Magistrate as per law. With the said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
