The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406 & 420 of I.P.C in Crime No.16 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. By order dated 27.09.2023, this Court, taking note of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has dismissed the anticipatory bail petition. This is the second anticipatory bail petition.

3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the matter is under investigation and hence, opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.
