It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent that there is a process to detain the petitioners in both Crl.O.Ps.,/Accused 1 to 6 under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2.Recording the said statement, these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petitions, after a period of three weeks, if the said process is not completed.
