ORDER

Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that till date the original copy of E.A.CFR.No.2006 of 2025 in E.P.No.5 of 2025 has not been returned by the Registry. He would invite my attention to the direction Page No.1 of 3

issued in Paragraph No.4 of the final order passed in C.R.P(NPD).No.5267 of 2025 that the petitioner will have to represent the EA.CFR.No.2006 of 2025 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. In view of Registry not returning the original E.A.CFR.No.2006 of 2025, the petitioner is now unable to comply with the directions of the paragraph No.4 of the said order.

3. It is made clear that the petitioner shall be entitled to represent the original EA.CFR.No.2006 of 2005 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and the original E.A.CFR.No.2006 of 2025, whichever is later. Registry is directed to return the original EA.CFR.No.2006 of 2025 to the learned counsel for the petitioner within 1 week from today. Hence, clarified.
