These petitions are filed (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent, late Kulandasami Gounder and (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent late Ramasamy Gounder and (iii) condone the delay of 3729 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent, lated Kulandasami Gounder in the above second appeal and (iv) to condone the delay of 2844 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent, late Ramasamy Gounder in the above second appeal and (v) to bring on record the legal representatives of the 1st respondent, namely K.Dharmalingam, S/O. K.Kulandasami Gounder, Erode as 8th respondent in the above second appeal and (vi) to bring on record the legal representatives of the 2nd respondent, namely, 1.J.Thenmozhi, W/o. R.Jeganathan, Erode, 2.S. Kavitha, W/o. P.P. Sampath, Erode, as 9th and 10th respondent in the above second appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents, who has no objection in allowing the CMPs.
