(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Seeking to condone the delay of 2227 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 15.09.2015 passed by the District Judge, Sessions Court (Mahila Fast Track Court), Erode, in S.C.No.35 of 2015, this petition has been filed.

2. Though the delay is huge and inordinate, this Court finds reasons to condone the delay.

3. We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been properly and satisfactorily explained by showing sufficient cause, delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
