This petition is filed to condone the delay of 170 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

Contesting Respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

This Court has suggested to the counsel for the management as to whether there is a feasibility of converting the punishment from removal of service into one of compulsory retirement so that the issue can be given quietus to, for which the counsel has submitted that he would take instructions and report the same to the Court on the next date of hearing.

Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal and post the same for Admission.
