O R D E R
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.05.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 140(3), 61(2), 127(2), 115(2) and 103(1) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.202 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that this Court, by order dated 10.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24683 of 2025, dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on the ground that he was detained under the Goondas Act. He further submitted that the petitioner has four previous cases.
4. On perusal of the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24683 of 2025, it is noted that the final report had already been filed. Considering the stage of the case, it has now been committed in S.C.No.94 of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranipet.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and bad antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
