Respondent(s) PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 3-5 Respondents to remove the unauthorized road laid in the petitioners property to an extent of 60 cents in Survey Nos.567/1A1, 567/1B2 and 567/1C1 situated in Erranahalli village, Palacode Taluk, or to pay compensation under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 to the Petitioner, within a time frame fixed by this Honble Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to directing the 3-5 Respondents to remove the unauthorized road laid in the petitioners property to an extent of 60 cents in Survey Nos.567/1A1, 567/1B2 and 567/1C1 situated in Erranahalli

village, Palacode Taluk, or to pay compensation under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 to the Petitioner, within a time frame fixed by this Honble Court.

2. Though the prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 02.09.2025 and pass orders on the same within a specified time.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 and Mrs.V.Yamuna Devi, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 2 and 6 and requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent concerned to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2025 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
