This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to lay charge sheet in F.I.R.No.1109 of 2017, on the file of the 2nd respondent, The Inspector of Police (Crime Branch), M-3, Police Station, Puzhal, Chennai - 600 066 Police Station, within the time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 28.04.2017, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
