2. It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there is no instructions from his client namely, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the writ petitioner. Hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as no instruction.
3. It is seen from the records that the writ petition is of the year 2004 and the same is pending for the past 13 years. Apart from that, there is no instructions from the writ petitioner.
4. In view of the above, the writ petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
