The same was also recorded by this Court in its earlier order dated 05.01.2024. The names of the respondents / defendants are also printed in the cause list today. The applicant / plaintiff is having the benefit of an interim injunction in their favour in O.A.Nos.1037 and 1038 of 2023. Since the respondents have been duly served in the said applications and their names are also printed in the cause list today, the interim injunction granted by this Court on 08.12.2023 are made absolute and the applications are allowed as prayed for.

2. Fresh summons to the unserved defendants in the suit returnable by 26.02.2024. Private Notice is also permitted. Learned counsel for the plaintiff also submits that in all probability the suit will be withdrawn on the next hearing date.
