This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to substitute Mr.G.Santhosh Kumar, Son of Late Mr.Gopalakrishnan, Hindu, aged about 40 years residing at No.63/73, Pillaiyar Koil Street, Taramani, Chennai-600 113 as the power of attorney agent of the applicants/plaintiffs instead of Mr.K.Lakshmi Narayan alias Raja.

2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent / 2nd defendant has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
