There has been no representation on the side of the petitioner for a quite some time. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submitted that the substantive suit is pending before the Sub Court in O.S.No.134 of 2019. In view of the same, the parties are directed to workout the remedy in the pending suit.
2.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. It is made clear that the order under challenge in this writ petition will not have any bearing in the pending suit and the civil Court will deal with the rights of the parties on its own merits and in accordance with law.
