2.In view of the fact that the earlier order of this Court, dated 21.12.2023, has been complied with, as reported by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, learned counsel on either side submit that the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
