This Writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to round off 400 meter running event and award necessary mark and permit the petitioner to participate in the next stage of selection process to the post of Sub Inspector of Police.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. 2/4
