ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 29.07.2025 and dispose the same in time bound manner as known to law and to regulate the process of appointment of poojaris in A/m.Natraya Swamy Thirukoil situated at Mettupalayam, Kankeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he made a representation before the fist respondent requesting to enquire into the issue with regard to registration of Poojarigal Nala Sangam and curtail the illegal administration being carried on at the hands of poojaris and the same is not considered and hence, the present writ petition has filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Counsel appearing for the respondents perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
