A.No.1871 of 2024 in TOS.No.1 of 2007 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed to permit the applicant to file attesting witness affidavit of N.Gandhi executed before the Commissioner of Oaths, High Court Madras on 18.11.2005 and to not receive as document in TOS.No.1 of 2007.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this application.

3.The respondent/defendant has also been set exparte and no prejudice would be caused if the applicant is permitted to produce the document.

Accordingly, this application is allowed and the document is received, subject to proof and relevancy.
