ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to measure the petitioners land situated in S.Nos.601, 608/1, 608/4, 722/1B, 570/2 and 831/1, Kumaralingam Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District and mark the boundaries on the basis of the written representation made by the petitioners on 24.10.2019.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 24.10.2019 and to measure the subject property and mark the boundaries, after issuance of notice to the petitioners, adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
