O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in pursuant to the Crime No.10/AC.2019 on the file of the respondents/ police and quash the same and to pass orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the court issues direction to the respondents without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and complete the same as early as possible.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor concedes to the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and on instructions, he would further submit that the investigation will be completed within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court without going into the merits of the case, is inclined to issue direction to the respondents to complete the investigation in Crime No.10/AC/2019, after giving opportunity to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible. The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the respondents for early completion of the investigation.
