ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 83 days in filing the above Writ Appeals.

The petitioner, in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, has given sufficient cause for the delay. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions. Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection for condoning the delay.
