Heard Mr.Raman Lal, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the applicants and Mr.V.Arunagiri, learned counsel for the non-applicants.

These applications are filed to condone the delay of 231 days in filing appeals.

Learned counsel for the non-applicants opposes these applications on the ground that the judgment of the learned Single Judge is passed based on the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court, which is also confirmed by the Apex Court.

The said aspect would be considered while dealing with the merits in the appeals.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 231 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed and is disposed of.
