ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19227 of 2025, dated 07.07.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19227 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week (i.e., every Monday) at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks. 4.
