ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone 467 days delay in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order passed in C.M.P.No.1866/2018 dated 04.06.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Mettur.

2. When the matter came up before this Court on 05.03.2020, this Court had condoned the delay on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.500/- to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund on or before 18.03.2020.

3. Today (23.04.2025), when the matter is taken up for reporting compliance, it is submitted that the order of this Court dated 05.03.2020 has not been complied with.
