ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar J.) This petition has been filed to restore C.M.P.No.17271 of 2025 in Cros.Obj.SR No.102267 of 2025.
2. C.M.P.NO.17271 of 2025 was filed to condone the delay of 133 days in filing the above cross objection and this Court vide order dated 19.08.2025 allowed the petition subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority and the petitioners were directed to pay the cost on or before 02.09.2025. It was also directed that default in payment cost will result in dismissal of the petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he came to know about the cost only on 09.09.2025 and hence, the petitioners could not make payment and now he is ready to make the payment.
4. Mr. S.Arunkumar, learned counsel for the second respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.
5. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are permitted to make the cost of Rs.500/- [Rupees Five Hundred Only] to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority within a period of one week i.e., on or before 03.02.2026.
