This application is filed to condone the delay of 87 days in representing the written statement in C.S.No.(Comm.Div.)380 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the applicant/1st defendant states that written statement was filed on 19.08.2019 and the same was returned to rectify the defects. After rectification of the defects, the written statement has been represented with the delay of 87 days.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff has no objection in allowing the application.

4.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff, the delay of 87 days is condoned and this application is allowed accordingly.
