This Application has been filed seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of 9 months to complete the Arbitration proceedings.

2. The learned counsel for the both sides fairly submit that extension of time is warranted in the Arbitral Tribunal to decide the issue finally.
