COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the District Employment Seniority of the post of Assistant in the recruitment of notification vide Na.Ka.P2/4205/2021 dated 24.06.2022 by the second respondent and to direct the respondents to publish the marks of the candidates participated in the selection process of second respondent in pursuant to the petitioners' representations dated 22.11.2023 and 23.11.2023 respectively.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

The second respondent issued notification dated 24.06.2022 in order to recruit to the post of Record Clerk, Assistant, Security and Watchman in the district. As per the said notification, the petitioners applied for their respective posts. They were called for interview and also attended interview on 16.08.2022, 17.08.2022 and 09.09.2022 respectively. After considering the educational qualification and their presentation in the interview, they were not selected and others were selected to their respective posts. Now the petitioners

submitted representations to provide marks of the petitioners and also to publish the marks of the other candidates participated in the selection process of the second respondent.

However, the petitioners can very well seek these information under the Right to Information Act. Without availing the remedy under the Right to Information Act, they cannot seek mandamus before this Court. 5.

Therefore, all the writ petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to submit application under the Right to Information Act. There shall be no order as to costs.
