ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the documents submitted by the 2nd respondent society for renewing the registration of the 2nd respondent society from 19951996 to 2023-2024 along with annual reports Form VI Form VII and the resolutions passed in the General Body Meeting within a stipulated time with a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent society not to conduct any General Body Meeting Until an appropriate order is passed by the 1st respondent on each above mentioned documents submitted by the 2nd respondent society

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's

representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
