ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to disburse the retirement benefits of the petitioner which pending before the third respondent Z-376 Nannilam Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society Limited in pursuant to petitioner representation dated 16.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
