ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondents have encroached upon the public land in S.No.300.
3. Learned State Government Pleader submits that survey would be conducted by the authorities within a period of three months from today and depending upon the report of the survey, further action, in accordance with law, would be undertaken.
4. In view of the above statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.35109 of 2023 is closed.
