O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed in R.C.A.No.36 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Coimbatore on 19.09.2019 confirming the fair and final order made in R.C.O.P.No.118 of 2014 on the file of the Rent Controller 1st Additional District Munsif at Coimbatore dated 22.02.2018.

2. R.C.O.P.No.118 of 2014 was filed for eviction. This petition was allowed. An Appeal preferred in R.C.A.No.36 of 2018 was dismissed. Against the said order of dismissal, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have entered into a settlement and in terms of the settlement reached, the petitioner vacated the tenanted premises and has also handed over the keys to the Landlord/respondent.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that the building is now a vacant premises and the petitioner has handed over the keys.

5. In view of the out of Court Settlement reached between the parties, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is Dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
