Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to issue a direction to the respondents to alter the FIR in Cr.No.60 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent from section 174 Cr.P.C. to 306 IPC and consequently to conduct a de novo investigation and file a final report within a time frame as fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2019.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct respondent to alter the FIR in Cr.No.60 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent and consequently to conduct a de novo investigation and file a final report within a time frame as fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation, a final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Udumalpet and the representation was closed.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is at liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file a protest petition before the concerned court in the manner known to law.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
