(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Heard. Para 7(i) of the order dated 17.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9204 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1220 of 2022, is amended as follows:- "(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties, of whom one should be a blood relative, each for a likesum, to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Tiruppur."

The criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
