2. In this case, the anticipatory bail would not lie.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition seeking anticipatory bail stands dismissed.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioners may examine Rule 24 of Criminal Rules of Practice and Form 74 of Criminal Rules of Practice.
