Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pay anomaly for junior get more pay, (i) Anomaly pay (2) Interest amount for the petitioner's delayed payment of junior get more pay, and encashment amount with 6% interest per annum till the date of payment as per the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2023.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2023 and pay anomaly to him.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that even the earlier representation submitted by the petitioner was already considered and the same was rejected by an order dated 01.11.2023 and again the petitioner had submitted another representation dated 27.11.2023.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
