Revenue and Disaster Management Department dated 20/10/2023, to quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondents to regularise the temporary services of the petitioner from 21/1/2008 to 3/1/2011 A.N as duty for all service benefits and issue appropriate orders to this effect refixing her pay w.e.f 21/1/2008 with the service benefits of increment, earned leave, etc., in the light of the order dated 12/1/2017 in W.P.No.11858/2010 as confirmed in and by judgment dated 4/12/2018 in W.A.No.1832 of 2018 passed this Court by granting necessary relaxation of relevant rules in her favour and disburse the arrears of monetary benefits all within a limited time frame.
