Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to dispose the Statutory Appeal filed under Section 90(4)(iii) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act by the Petitioner on 05.12.2019 within a stipulated time as this Court may fix.

O R D E R

The Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that enquiry in the appeal dated 05.12.2019 filed by the Petitioner has been fixed at at 11.00 a.m. on 16.03.2020 before the First Respondent and that notice would be issued to all parties concerned including the Petitioner for the same.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. week showing progress of the case. After affording full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, the First Respondent shall consider each of the contentions raised by the parties and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law, and shall communicate the decision taken to the Petitioner under written acknowledgment and a report of such compliance shall be filed before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 31.08.2020.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
