This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25498 of 2024 by an order dated 17.10.2024.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25498 of 2024 by an order dated 17.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the concerned NDPS Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
